Tourists from European Union countries and other countries, visiting North Cyprus do not need to get an entry visa. An entry visa is applicable only travelers from Nigeria and Armanien. Please sent us e-mail if you need additional information.
Travel
Ercan Airport is located 12 km (7miles) east of Nicosia, the capital city of North Cyprus. Flight are frequent and the transportation from the airport to the cities is easy. There are many taxis or rent-a-car services available at the airport. The other airport at the North Cyprus, Geçitkale Airport, to the east, is sometimes used as an alternative.
Additionally, Larnaca Airport is also could be used by visitors which is not too far from the capital city Nicosia
It is also possible to use Kyrenia and Famagusta Ports to visit North Cyprus.
Communication
The international dialing code is + 90 392. There are Internet Access at hotels, internet cafes in the cities, towns and some resorts. Addition to the fix line facility, mobile phones are widely in use even at the edge/peninsula of the island. There are two globally well known GSM operators in North Cyprus (Turkcell and Telsim Companies).
