A perspective of free will and free investment in tourism related ventures has not only raised the quality of service, but also called forth the need for disciplined and coordinated action.

Following the investment attack we have started with much enthusiasm in 1974, tourism has gained more and more importance, finally becoming the leading sector in 1986. Evidently, faced by the responsibilities weighed upon us by such a mission, organized action has become an imperative.

Our Association, which held its first General Assembly Meeting in February 2nd of 1991 with 26 members, has now reached a member count of 101, serving as a great example of unity and collaboration.

Despite the nine thousand year old culture and the unique and unspoilt beauties we possess, the hospitality of Mediterranian people has always been our greatest asset.

Even though religious, racial and political differences no longer translate into advantages or disadvantages in the tourism industry, unwarranted embargos and obstructions have slowed us down but failed to interfere with our quality of service. We have also saved valuable time by adopting a more careful approach and taking special care not to repeat the mistakes of other countries.

For whatever reason, restrictions on the freedom to travel and to vacation cannot be accepted.

As long as we make sure that everyone seeking a peaceful vacation will get exactly that in their visit to our country, our visitors will not only keep coming back, but they will also discover a place where beauties of nature, peace and rest and new friendships blend together.
